Returns, Refunds, & Exchanges

ORDER PROCESSING:
All orders are processed, verified and shipped within 2-3 business days or
sooner.
We are NOT responsible for orders lost in the mail, incorrectly input
addresses, or unclaimed/refused packages. You may track your package
using the tracking number in your shipment confirmation email.

EXCHANGE

Want to exchange your item(s)?
We do not accept exchanges, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. All personalized products from Luxluvcollection.com are final sale due to the custom nature of embroidered items. Monogram is only three letters, And Embroidery can be your name.
We will, however, consider exchanges for size, damages or defects, or wrong products only.

If you would like to exchange an item for size, please contact customer service at Luxluvcollection@gmail.com for authorization. Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via email, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a replacement as a result of the defected or damage. If entitled to a replacement item due to defect or damage, we will replace the product, subject to inventory availability, within a reasonable period of time.

If you would like an item due to the wrong item being shipped to you, please contact customer service Luxluvcollection@gmail.com for authorization. Upon receipt of the wrong item, we will fully examine it and notify you via email, within a reasonable period of time. If the wrong item is returned with damages or defects, you may be responsible for damages or defects that were caused after you received the item. We will replace the product, subject to inventory availability, within a reasonable period of time.

All requests for exchange must be made within 48 hours after the package is received. The item MUST be in the same condition that it was received (unwashed and unworn), we CANNOT exchange the item if it has been worn,
washed or damaged. Please contact us through email or phone if you would like an exchange so that we can hold the item for you. If you have already received the package, you must send us the item back to our office with a copy of the
receipt, your receipt, your contact number, the order number, and the item information ( such as name. color, and size) that you would like. After we have received the package, we will contact you to confirm the details and have
the exchange item sent out Exchange postage costs will be the responsibility of the customer, unless customer service has determined that your item was damaged or incorrect. Exchange requests made after 48 hours of receipt of the item will not be accepted.

All items are thoroughly inspected before leaving our store, our company
will not send customers any damaged items. PLEASE NOTE THAT ANY SALE
OR DISCOUNTED ITEMS ARE FINAL!

Please email us FIRST if there’s a problem with your product. Please DO
NOT return or send any merchandise to our PO Box without speaking to
someone from our sales team and without receiving an Email confirmation.
Luxluvcollection will not be responsible for any lost or stolen packages
sent to us without our acknowledgement. Once approved by a sales
representative, we will provide you with a return address to send your
package. Any packages returned to our PO Box without notice or approval
will be refused. Please note that the customer is responsible for any and
all returns and shipping costs.
